This summer, Montage Kapalua Bay’s Cliff House—a tucked away venue in Maui set atop an ocean bluff with waves crashing below—has been transformed into a one-of-a-kind pop-up Champagne Hale (meaning “house” in Hawaiian and pronounced “hah-leh”) with delectable light bites and, of course, an ample supply of Veuve Clicquot.
Visitors to the Champagne Hale can now enjoy a curated menu of perfectly paired fare. Here are the pairings offered through September 3:
